The Villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate living room areas, a dining area overlooking the pool and a fully equipped kitchen. It is newly renovated and is truly beautiful and has all the traditional light and bright Florida interior.

The layout of the villa is a split bedroom, which means you have the en-suite primary bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house and the second and third bedroom on the other side of the house, along with the second bathroom to share.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a TV.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
The third bedroom has two twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
