Amenities like WiFi, a washing dryer machine and AC, guests can relax and unwind in this waterfront home. The 2 bathrooms feature showers for added convenience. This is not just a vacation rental its our home. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer in the best winter climate in the USA . Located on a deep water travel canal not recommended for children. Watch and chat with boaters cruising by. We accept one small pet under 30lbs . Bring your boat and youll have a 10k boat lift with water and electric and access to the Gulf of Mexico and all surrounding Islands. 5 minute car ride to cape coral center and all bars and restaurants On the busline also. free utilities up to $300 any overage from deposit. Overall it was good. Large area near pool to relax and watch boats go through on the canal. Had some issues with the pool and spa which the host handled
