"Villa Amara" is beautifully furnished and offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests with its three bedrooms (two with king-beds and one with two twins, all with Luxury Vinyl Floor) and two baths. All windows and sliding doors have Impact Insulated Glass. Two of the bedrooms have sliders to the pool area and offer a fabulous water view. The location is outstanding: The home faces west at a basin section of the South Spreader Waterway, the westernmost canal in Cape Coral, overlooking a nature preserve. Enjoy great views from the large patio with its electrically heatable pool and spa and from the dock. This is the place to witness incredible sunsets and find true relaxation. Free WiFi is available. Also free is the use of the kayak, the bikes and the fishing equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your meals. Also, we provide towels, beachtowes and linnen as well as games, books, DVD´s, coolers, beach charis a.s.o.
If you´re thinking of renting a boat: There are many boat rental companies in Cape Coral where you can rent a huge variety of boats. You can moore your rented boat at our boatdock at "Villa Amara" for free. On request most boat rental companies deliver the boat to your vacation home. Since "Villa Amara" is located at a saltwater canal you can take your boat directly from the boat dock to the open sea (Gulf of Mexico). The nearest beach, Cape Coral Beach, is a 12 minute drive away. You reach the extensive sandy beaches of Sanibel and Captiva after about 25 miles. Closest restaurant and shops are about 1.5 miles away.

Paradise Found

This is the most tranquil spot, view of the canal and the nature reserve is so peaceful! We spent everyday in either the pool or the hot tub, watching the boats go by. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great location & very clean

Our favorite part was the view of the back patio and sitting in there hot tub listening and watching the fish jump in the canal. Very clean, everything you could need, great house, I will be staying here again.

Fantastic loved it unfortunately the boat was unavailable but we just rented from someone else same price and quarantined in peace quiet and luxury.

Wonderful Villa

We had a great time, very relaxing. The heated pool and spa was so soothing and just what we needed to relax from the stress of everyday work/life. Had all the essentials, just bring yourself and some good food and drinks. Very clean and well kept home.

Amazing home!

We loved our stay! This home is better than pictured and the owners have thought of everything you need. The pool and spa exceeded our expectations. We felt able to relax in a private setting with a great view, while having activities and dining so close by. Anja the property manager was wonderful as well. Will surely look to book again the the future.

Perfect Getaway

The house is in a very quiet community with the preserve behind the house. It was a great location for every place we visited. The house was very clean and had all amenities that we needed. The only let down was that the boat lift was not there as we like to kayak and this would have made access to the canal easier. Other than that, this is the perfect place for a quiet getaway.

Very nicely kept property

Villa Amara was a lovely property everything was well-maintained and in 100% working order. The pool and hot tub were great and there was plenty of room for our 3-person family (plus our four-legged family member!). The property manager was very pleasant and came by during 'check-in' and 'check-out' to ensure all was well. The canal behind the property is very quiet with little boat traffic. Attractions and beaches are anywhere from 15-60 min away, so the property is in a nice central location.

Quiet neighborhood with fabulous pool and lanai

House was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood. Great pool & water views of the chanel. The property manager was fantastic. Nervous due to all the paperwork & strongly written verbiage when booking the place but worked out fine. It was my husband & I for a long weekend and we were charged $31 for electricity which was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

The home owners live in Germany but are very quick to reply to messages. Anja the property manager was a joy! She was so sweet and helpful. We had a problem with the spa and she came and fixed it promptly. The views of the canal were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. There were tons of kitchen items, beach items, pool items, fishing, etc to use. The villa was kept up nicely and clean. We went for our 15 year anniversary trip and want to go back with our three kids next year!

The place is stunning. Vasically lived outside by the pool with the amazing view the entire time. After signing a page contract before I could check in, we then had another contract to sign on our first day....yes she came to have us sign. We used the washing machine one day and 20 seconds after putting it on, we had a text that they had a technician that needed to come the next morning as the machine wasn't working. I said no. The machine was working just fine. Although they state that they have cameras working only out the front, I suspect they had cameras that notified them we used the washing machine. On checkout, we again had to meet the property owner so they could check things out and calculate the amount I owed for the power used during our week. The fact that we had to pay for power was a stressor during our stay. I had no idea what the usage/cost would be. It ended up being another $150 but i had no idea if it would be $500+. Overall, the place is gorgeous, but with numberous contracts needong to be signed, multiple visits, suspicion of cameras and the unknown worry of the cost for our power use , made it not the totally relaxing stay we wanted.

As with our last visit to this house in September it does not disappoint. Wonderful outlook, well equipped and for us, as we like pine island restaurants, perfectly situated. A much needed relaxing visit exploiting the pool and hot tub every day.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Amara! The property was just as listed. We spent most of our time in the Spa and pool. All instructions were complete and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderfull home with a stunning view

We've stayed twice and absolutely love the location and the home itself. Great privacy sitting around the pool. The view is second to none in Cape Coral.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Unser 11-tägiger Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Die supernette deutsche Hausverwalterin hatte alles klasse vorbereitet und war rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Wir haben das gemütliche Haus mit einer wirklich sehr umfangreichen Ausstattung inklusive sehr bequemer Betten vorgefunden. Alles war blitzsauber. Auch im Poolbereich mit dem tollen Ausblick auf die Mangroven haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das 2er-Kajak war ein schönes Zusatzfeature. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Cape Coral reisen, wird dieses Haus unsere erste Wahl sein.
