Welcome to our beautiful SE Cape Coral, fully wheelchair accessible home where your Florida memories will be made! With direct access to back yard canal with Gulf Access, your boating and relaxation adventure starts now!

Minutes from downtown restaurants, shopping, and bars. A short boat ride to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, Tarpon Point Shops/restaurants, etc. Enjoy the gorgeous Florida sunsets with limitless options for relaxation and play. Roll in shower,etc

What makes this property unique is that it has been outfitted to be fully wheelchair accessible for manual or power chair users. Accessible boat and swim spa.

Direct gulf access, short ride to beaches restaurants and bars.

I will be available via text and most likely will be on the other side of the house if anything is needed.

We are very close to Cape Coral yacht club in downtown Cape Coral where all the restaurants and bars are located. We are a short drive to Fort Myers in a short boat ride to Sanabel, Fort Myers Beach, Tarpon point and many other restaurants and attractions. Whether you are in a wheelchair or not our goal is to provide you with a fantastic vacation experience and to exceed your expectations
Please do any dishes you use and please strip beds when you leave and put on dining room table. :)
