Welcome to your Key to Paradise! Large Vacation Home on a very nice property with relaxing intersecting canal views in SW Cape Coral.
Come and enjoy this open private floor plan, Large heated Pool area with an electric heated spa. Gulf Access for your boating pleasure. Gas BBQ Grill. WIFI included. Streaming TV located in Living room and one bedroom. All rooms are equipped with central air and ceiling fans. Stainless Steel appliances, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dish ware, Glasses, Pots, Pans, Linens and Towels, everything you should need for your vacation. Master Bedroom has a European style King Bed. The 2nd Bedroom also has a King Bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Visit our sandy white Beaches like Cape Coral Beach, Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach or some of our local restaurants with great Seafood and Pasta dishes.

Beautiful house with great views. Pool and hot tub were great. The property manager was responsive to the only issue we had and worked to remedy the situation the same day. Only improvement is that the master bed could use a new mattress.

Key To Paradise

The house was absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed the pool and watching the canal traffic. The kitchen had everything that we could have possibly needed during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time with our family. Anytime we had any questions, the response was always very quick and resolved just as quick! We loved the information book she leaves out for visitors as well. There were a lot of recommendations and advice for our stay. We loved it! The house was absolutely beautiful and we all slept very well.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful- loved waking up to the canal view every morning. We made great use of the hot tub every night, little to cool for the pool. The only problem we had was with the wifi- it was spotty in some of the bedrooms. Location was great for us- we were about 30-60 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to visit.

Beautiful house

House was very beautiful in a nice quiet neighborhood. Pictures are very accurate. View from pool and hot tub area is amazing. The only thing we did not like so much was rectangle toilets instead of round/oval.

1st time in Florida!

Overall, the house and pool were good, with a beautiful view of the canal! The layout of the house was excellent with plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool area was probably the best featured area! I do feel the property is starting to show its age though and the pictures no longer give an accurate representation of the current house condition; for instance, there are only 3 chairs at the inside kitchen table and they’re sort of beat up-not sure where the 4th chair went, the carpet had some stains, there was only one oar for the 2 person kayak… but honestly, none of these things were deal breakers. It was in a nice location with a quiet neighborhood.

Home was nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. Property manager is very responsive. (I felt bad, she was in Europe and many hours ahead of us and I didn't realize, yet she still responded promptly)

Paradise in Cape Coral

Fantastic home and environment with all the necessary amenities. My grandson’s enjoyed the pool area everyday. We had the very best time possible. Only negative was I couldn’t bring my dog a teddy bear breed of 10 pounds. I would like to come again in the near future. Thanks to all for you lovely home.

5 year wedding anniversary

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was very roomy and was clean. We enjoyed the pool and the spa outside, although it did take some time for the spa to heat up. The view from the patio area is phenomenal and had colorful sunrises. The house is located close to several good restaurants, our favorite being the Lobster Lady. The house is in a central location amongst Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. Please be aware that there are fees for parking at the public beach access and tolls to cross the causeway. We would stay again!

Great value family vacation!

You get a lot for your money here! There's tons of space to either all hang out together or have a little time to yourself. Living room couch and TV are more practical than comfortable, but that's not what we were there to do. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in as much (or little) as you want. Appreciated basic spices and other supplies were available as well as coffee / filters. Large, clean grill on the patio was great for a cookout. It's a great location - nice, quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle of the touristy area, but 20-30 minutes from multiple beaches and attractions and even closer to shops and restaurants. The garage was stocked with everything we needed to spend the day at home in the pool or playing on the beach. Managers were quick to respond to questions and issues. It's not the most updated or fancy; some minor repairs could go a long way (sticky sliding doors, some lights/fans not working), but for our family it was more than we expected at a great price. We definitely recommend this house and would stay again.

y husband I stayed here for our 30th anniversary. Easy check-in, clean, beautiful property inside and out. Lots of towels and linens. comfortable bed. Pool and spa was great. The grill worked great. neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Close to matlacha, fort Myers. great restaurants near by, highly recommend the blue dog restaurant, Captain Cathy does great dolphin and sunset cruises in matlacha also must visit Leoma Love Groves. The Laugh in comedy cafe in Fort Myers was awesome. We highly recommend this rental and would definetly stay again!

Everything was great at the property. Only thing that needed attention was the pool had alot of debris floating in it. Just cleaned it myself multiple times. If your not an early riser id advise you to take something to cover your eyes with while sleeping cause when the sun comes up the blinds in the master bedroom dont keep any light out and its very bright. Had a great stay and very much enjoyed the house. Will definetly book again when in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we really enjoyed staying in this rental for a quick trip to Florida. The house was very clean and the pool area is the highlight of the home. My son was able to fish which he loved. They were stocked was most the necessity we needed. The view is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. There were some things in the home that were broken and it always makes me nervous- bathroom door off it hinges, broken panels on blinds, ect. The only true thing that was disappointing is that they said they had beach chairs and all three in the garage were very broken and rusty. Most homes we have stayed at that we go to the beach have some type of moveable chairs. Many toys in the garage were broken - all the kick boards cracked. Also, by the last day the pool was getting pretty gross and if you are staying longer than 4ish days the pool needs to be cleaned. The host was really friendly and let us check in early. All and all it was a great home for our family.

Pool Area

So, I wanted to share my experience at the house. This was more like an indoor paradise not an outdoor one. I honestly didn't get what I paid for. I rented this house to be able to enjoy the amenities. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't really clean and maintained enough to swim in. The fact that it was always full of bugs meant that we weren't able to swim in it. We weren't going to have to come out with our hair full of bugs. The net should have been fixed a while ago. I just went through the reviews and this issue has been going on for a while. I rented a house in April and did not have this problem because the net was not broken and the pool was well maintained. The pool is really disgusting. The walls are full of black mold and that's not healthy. We weren't able to swim or enjoy the pool. The outdoor cushions are also very nasty. I have photos to prove it. I had to put a blanket over one sofa so that at least we could sit outside. The outdoor maintenance is extremely poor.
