"Craig was a wonderful host. His property is a clean and well maintained, secluded and peaceful retreat from the numerous beach areas. The beaches, stores, restaurants, and historical attractions are within 12-16 minutes of the Osprey Nest’s quiet neighborhood. This was the perfect place to return to at the end of a busy day. "Family friendly place in a great location in North Cape May. Plenty of room for a large family and the backyard was a perfect spot for everyone to hang out, swim or use the hot tub. Walking distance to Wawa and Acme. Short drive to the North Cape May beach or a 10 minute drive into Cape May. Good communication, definitely recommend! "
"This house was falling apart, I don’t know who took those pictures but they deserve an award for hiding all the flaws. Carpet is super dirty, drywall crumbling up the stairs, big stains in bathrooms. It was not worth a tenth of what I paid, this host needs to stop neglecting this house. They have signage posted in the house basically trying to guilt people into leaving 4 or 5 star reviews, but I felt taken advantage of because other than the correct number of beds, I would not have stayed at all and will never rent from this host again if this is what they think is acceptable. I’m just upset I didn’t take pictures, I didn’t know I would have been able to show it. "
