"This is a nice place to stay in Homer for a relatively good price. It’s quiet and clean and our room had a very nice view of the beautiful scenery. It’s near some good restaurants and close to the Spit. The only suggestion is that they include a fan in the rooms—it got stuffy and hot during the night and there’s no AC or other way to cool the room except for a small window in the back door."

"However we had an issue with the Aspen Pet fee. We were told that that fee was a standard corporate fee however we stayed at two aspens in a row and they range from the 30 dollars to 50. That was very disappointing."

"This property is amazing. Location, location, location... Beautiful views even in the rain. I loved how well stocked like tissues in every room. The decks are everywhere... There was nothing you wanted or needed. The hostesses were great, friendly, and always willing to help. We love Homer to begin with so this was such a bonus to stay here. We will be back. One thing that needed to be stated is there are so many stairs. If you have any problems you might have trouble climbing them, But worth it.. Enjoy your day thanks for a great stay!!!"

"This cabin was absolutely incredible from start to finish. It was truly one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed, and you could tell that so much thought and intention went into every single detail. Everything felt fresh, healthy, organic, and carefully chosen, which made the entire stay feel extra special. The host was amazing, communication was excellent, and we felt completely taken care of. Anything we could possibly need was already there, and everything throughout the cabin felt top of the line. Nothing was overlooked. It is rare to stay somewhere that feels this intentional, peaceful, clean, and beautifully cared for. Truly perfection in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!"

"If you don't mind being 30 minutes away from the hub of Homer, this is the IDEAL place to stay! The silence of nature was a certain highlight! The chalet was very well equipped and we could not believe the number of Alaskan books (both for adults and children). The outhouse was absolutely adorable and the highlight of the trip. I've lived in AK for 50 years and I think it's one of the cutest outhouse I've ever seen. We absolutely loved the timer that was located in the chalet to turn on the outside light AND the instant heater. If you want a bit of Alaskan adventure, don't miss out on this!Rachel was so attentive to our needs and quickly responded. We had wifi at the chalet too. Thank you, Rachel!"

"Property & apartment was very nice ! Gorgeous views w/ a reasonable price next to a nearby beach & less than an hour away to Homer, AK ! Some amenities such as a Grill, a tv for the late night hours & a toaster would’ve been good but overall it was a nice, conditsvke sfsf. Bed was great too…. There’s a definite odor that’s noticeable upon walking in but no specific area located . It could be Alaska well water or mold somewhere down below in the garage ? We burned a cable & opened the slider.& it dissipated off & on. Overall a good price & stay :) Very quiet & in the country…."
