"What an amazing place. Perfect for a couple or two. We took two of our Golden Retrievers with us and had a blast. The house is well named as it’s 100 steps to the Gulf of America. The photos on the listing don’t do the actual place justice. It’s so comfortable and has everything you need with a great porch, two queen beds, two baths, a great kitchen with a huge great room and eating area. The host is so responsive to all texts and emails - we’ve even referred a friend. The sunsets are beautiful and I cannot more highly recommend this spot! We’ll be back. "

"Great condo, nicely furnished, beautiful area. We enjoyed the less crowded beach, T. H. Stone State park, quaintness of Port St. Joe. Not a lot of dining options on the Cape but the ones we visited were good. Only a 15 to 20 minute ride to Port St Joe if you need more dining options. We would stay here again in this area and this particular condo. Very relaxing visit in late September."

"Perfect house for us and our dog. Closed in deck and yard was perfect. The pool is amazing after a day at the beach. Beach is a very short distance, easy to run back and forth as needed. Beds were comfortable, house is very clean and in a great location."

"We hadn’t known what to expect from the Cape San Blas location, but we were pleasantly surprised. We came to fish and relax celebrating my husband’s 61st birthday. We were so happy with the house, even more happy with the pristine beaches and beautiful bay. We fished, caught flounder, trout, mangrove snapper, and many large redfish. We kayaked together. The house provided 2 kayaks, but be careful, the red one has a hole in the bottom and it quickly filled with water. Luckily I brought mine from home so it all worked out… what a great mini vacation. Thank you for the great memories."
