"Lori was very nice , but before staying there and spending that kind of money I should be told about what’s going on , the beach was a mess , it’s going to take a long time before it’s fixed , the noise of the trucks working on the beach wasn’t relaxing at all ,, the pics on the website is sooo off ,, the property looks nothing like that on the outside , disappointing , and we didn’t have air until after we checked in the next day about 12 so it cut into us enjoying our total vacation, they did give us one night of our money back ,"

"We had a fabulous time at this property! We have been coming to the Cape for many years, but for this stay we needed a smaller space… not for 13 to 15.. This house was beautiful, clean, and had a beautiful view of the bay! The dock was fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised to get to use the kayaks and paddle boards provided, which we usually have to rent. This is a fantastic vacation home, and I’d encourage anyone who wants an amazing place on the bay to stay here. If you haven’t stayed on the cape before, there are plenty of places to get on the gulf side, so this is the best of both! We loved it!!"

"Our stay was fantastic. The place was clean and perfect. We very much enjoyed the beach and can't wait to come back! The kitchen is well stocked and the little touches of comfort were amazing! We had such a great time."

"The property was as listed.Had a few mishaps (not the owners problems) with a busted water main which the host notified us promptly and told us what measures to take.All communication was on a timely manner. Any questions were quickly answered. Will stay here again. 5 star plus rating "

"Home was clean. Dryer would not dry. From outside we observed lint coming out of vent on outside. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work. Kitchen could use maybe a keurig and electric can opener. The parking was a little difficult but I do believe will improve with completion of beach restoration."
