Check-in after 3pm might be a bit challenging so get written directions in advance so your taxi can go to the right location for you to check-in 24/7. Very friendly everywhere."

"You seriously need a car to visit this wonderful city, so it was great that Leisure Bay offered onsite parking. There were reasonable add on fees for parking and wifi, but the 24 hour security team, the daily housekeeping crew and the front desk problem solvers were first class. And then, there's the beach and the views of a brooding Table Mountain, the light show of downtown and the parade of steamers twinking off shore, a neat and tidy kitchen, two bedroons, two bathrooms, a huge balcony and...

"The rooftop patio view is amazing. You can really admire the mountains. Very safe (face recognition at all entrances). Small but complete gym. "

The place carries noise from other rooms such as the TV or loud conversations but it still felt quiet enough after 10 pm. As its in the centre, there are more people outsides. The pool was small but atill ice and has a view of table mountain "

"Nice stay! The rooms were small but confortable. We waited a little to check in and the access for the gym and the pool is via another building during the construction of a tunnel. The security is good to access the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located. About 15 minutes walk from the waterfront."

"Great property and great location, as an apartment it just works, good security & parking, great little balcony, shutters, all worked great for me. Air con/heater also effective thank you. Small things, the concrete roof didn’t seem to be finished which was a bit odd in this beautiful apartment and I would probably leave a tiny bit of sunlight soap for guests just to wash a cup or two especially for longer stays. Everything else is there so would be a nice touch."

"Property was nice, clean and accessible. They asked us if OK not to service the room due to lack of resources, which was fine and accepted. We unfortunately lost the keys for one of the rooms, it must have fallen out of my pocket after parking and walking to a restaurant. The owner freaked out about that, we accepted responsibility and apologised. We understand that security is a great concern in this area and accepted compensation needed to replace locks, a remote and keys. The rules for the...
