The rate was very reasonable compared to other nearby properties so we didn’t really have high expectations. Our room was spacious and contained good variable lighting excellent rain shower. But best of all was the friendly and helpful staff. We couldn’t wish for better place so close to the waterfront and city.

Refurbished rooms are very good. Clean and comfortable with good large bed. Sofas is great all much improved after refurb. Staff great and helpful. Food was good and wide choice. Great walk to V and A Waterfront. Car park large and easy access. Good stst
