Great location, phenomenal service, kind personnel

Lenny has been the single best host i have encountered on my travels. Big kudos to him and the kianga team. The breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were large and private, and the views were world class.

Our stay at Kianga was amazing!!! Lenny was a super host 😊. Breakfast every was morning was fresh and yummy, the entire hotel was clean, and Lenny is extremely accommodating to meet your needs. We will definitely be returning!!!!

We booked 2 nights here, to recover from our long flight. We received a very friendly welcome and were given a tour of the beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe room and it was very nice spacious and clean. Breakfast was fantastic a la carte with plenty of choice. We had a lovely quiet day by the pool here, you can ask for anything nothing is too much. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hospitality and great comfort

Absolutely fantastic location with a beautiful view and new, modern rooms with high comfort. Excellent hospitality and service with great attention to detail. Delicious made-to-order breakfast. Generally just a wonderful experience. You do however need a car to get around if you want to explore, as it doesn’t have much to do in walking distance. Will highly recommend as a nice chill out with a beautiful view and a base to explore sights and cities in the area.

This was our second time at Kianga, and we were just as happy this time as we were 3 years ago. The manager Lennie is outstanding in his service. The breakfast is top quality and made just to your liking. This place feels like a private home (only 5 rooms), very intimate feeling. The view from the place is fantastic too. Some really good restaurants close by, but you will need a car for this place. We will for sure come back - thank you Lennie.

Easily our best experience during our weeks in South Africa. Nothing beats the sunsets from the terrace of this wonderful boutique hotel/b&b. It’s very contemporary and thought thru in very slightest detail. The breakfasts make you never want to leave and are very stylish indeed. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, they take personal interest in every guest and I frankly don’t understand how they make it. Only minus: add bath salt in the rooms!! We’ll be back!

Tolle Aussicht

Herzlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Grosses Penthouse mit guter Ausstattung (voll ausgestattete Küche und Waschmaschine/Tumbler). Duschen: Wasserdruck niedrig (für Langhaarwäsche mühsam). Gutes Frühstück (leider wie so oft in B&Bs erst ab 8 Uhr, was eher spät ist). Tolle Aussicht von der riesigen Terrasse über die False Bay und Gordon's Bay. Load Shedding: Hat bei drei Übernachtungen 2x das Frühstück tangiert (nicht das volle Angebot erhalten). Für den Preis erwarte ich, dass ich nicht abends im Kerzenschein Zähne putzen muss oder morgens den Föhn nicht benutzen kann. Deshalb nur 4 von 5 Sternen.

What an amazing stay! Lennie was awesome, he catered to our every need, what a luxury experience. He even gave us the granola recipe that he used for making granola for our breakfast. Also the croissants he baked the first morning for us were better than any of the ones we tried all over the world and even in Paris! We couldn’t get enough of the view as well, every night we would spend just sitting and watching the city from above, and the bay. Some days we just chilled by the pool and watched the mountains and the beach. Lenny also offered us drinks from the bar, even though we didn’t take him up on it. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family!

If you want to relax and enjoy each other’s company in a beautiful setting this is the place. This 5 bedroom and 1 penthouse boutique hotel is absolutely in top quality on all level. Service was excellent, the breakfast was probably one of the best we ever had and the view from the small dining room was terrific too. You will need a car to get here, but if we didn’t need to eat lunch or dinner we would not have left the place at all. We love this place and we will come back ❤️

The best luxury B&B we’ve stayed at in South Africa, if not in the whole world. Wonderful breakfasts served overlooking the ocean, a sunset you could kill for from your room or from the terrace. Incredibly friendly staff. Contemporary design and relaxing atmosphere. Simply the best.
