The staff at this hotel were excellent and they do care for their customers. We were however checked in very late past the official time and one room did have a issue with the sink in the bathroom on the last day which lucky for me, didn't really impact the stay. Location is great and the mountain views are amazing in the morning.

I am really glad I stayed at Newkings. It was a fantastic hotel, well maintained and with excellent service and communication from the staff. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean overall although the shower could use some work. Air conditioner was very loud and was leaking, which resulted in a few unexpected showers on us on the middle of the night. Birds were also very loud, in addition to the traffic noises (which we anticipated ), so it was hard to sleep past 5 am.
