Beautiful property in stunning scenery and close to amenities and some incredible wine estates close by. The property is beautifully furnished and so comfortable with a great outdoor space and pool. Our host Joan was easy to get hold of and really accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the Franschoek area!

Peaceful and tranquil

We enjoyed our stay very much indeed. The cottage has beautiful surroundings and views ans is conveniently close to town. Unfortunately a few minor maintenance issues , small towels, malfunctioning shower head and the main bedroom downstairs that has no outside window prevents us from giving it a 5 star rating.

Lovely accommodation in spectacular location

The Stables has a beautifully furnished living room and a good sized kitchen with everything needed for self catering. Two similar en-suite bedrooms one with twin beds the other a double at opposite ends of the house each with very comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. A small but very cool plunge pool next to a small patio area and a sun deck makes for a lovely recreational area outside. Cleaning staff were excellent. The views in every direction were breathtaking and the location is wonderful for a peaceful relaxing holiday.

Edel wohnen mit Blick auf die Weinberge

Ein Traumblick auf die Weinberge, absolut romantisch und ruhig. Das Quirlige Franschhoek mit seinen Cafés, Restaurants und Shops nicht weit. Das Cottage ist sehr exquisit eingerichtet mit Kamin, toller Küche, Himmelbett und 2 große Baeder mit moderner großer Duschkabine, in einem Bad zusätzlich große Badewanne. Alles super gepflegt und sauber. Bequeme Liegen auf der Terasse und ein kleiner Pool. Dieser ist sehr angenehm, für ältere Leute aber schwierig hineinzukommen (keine Stufen, nichts zum Festhalten)
