A cozy studio apartment offers a bright and airy living space designed
for comfort and relaxation. Situated on the second floor of a secure
building, it provides convenience and peace of mind.The open-plan
layout features modern furnishings, including a queen-sized bed, a
small dining area, and a comfortable seating area. The tasteful decor
creates a welcoming ambiance for a pleasant stay.
The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing light meals and snacks,
and the en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and complimentary
toiletries. High-speed Wi-Fi ensures that you stay connected during
your stay.
Our studio is nestled in Mouille Point, a desirable neighbourhood known
for its scenic beauty and proximity to popular attractions. The iconic
Sea Point Promenade is just steps away, inviting you to take leisurely
walks or enjoy a refreshing jog along the ocean.
The vibrant V&A Waterfront, with its array of shops, restaurants, and
entertainment options, is within walking distance. Cape Town's city
center and its renowned landmarks, such as Table Mountain, are easily
accessible by public transportation or a short drive.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 37 Beach Rd, Mouille Point, Cape Town
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
