The staff are absoluteky wonderful and very friendly and cannot do enough for you. There is a private walk way to the V&A waterfront and plenty of visible security all making it a very safe area to stay. However a point to note they had decorators in and around certain rooms so unfortunately there was a mild paint smell which was coming into the rooms which could annoy other potential guests. An open window certainly got rid of it.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Other meals we had were very good. Room was very clean. Transportation from airport was well worth it. Wi-fi worked well. Pool looked really nice it was cold & windy while there so did not get to use it. Only thing was the bathroom in room is open concept and would have preferred to have had walls instead of sheer curtains. That is just us. Would I stay again absolutely! The area is on the waterfront and easily accessible.

とても清潔で、ウォーターフロントのショッピングモールからも徒歩3分程度で、治安の良い場所でした。ホテルスタッフが入口やフロントに沢山いてくれるので、セキュリティの観点からも安心です。boltやUberを利用する際も、ホテル専用のロータリーがあるので、安心して乗り降りできました。全く注文の付け所がない、素晴らしい滞在でした。

Rooms a bit squeezed and there aren’t many electric outlets I think I only saw two and they were not in an easily accessible location.. I prefer at least have one near the bed but that’s just me

A great location for easy walk to the waterfront keys areas. All staff were delightful and very helpful if we needed any help. Breakfast was a very nice selection and egg station. We had one evening meal in the restaurant which again was very good. Thanks for a great 2 night stay. Room was exactly what we needed and you would expect.

Um grande hotel, com cerca de 101 apartamentos, com quarto confortável, banheiro legal, água bem quente á vontade. Apenas o condicionador de ar não é adequado, pois é antigo, modelo de janela, não inverter, que ao ligar e desligar, faz um ruído perturbador. Bom café da manhã. Estacionamento gratuito. We loved staying at this hotel! It's hard to choose when you have never been to the country or the area, but this location was amazing. We could walk down the safe, backroad through the hotels to the path that led right to the shops and restaurants and bay. We didn't rent a car and just walked each day. We also booked a few tours that picked us up right from the hotel. We loved the shops and all the restaurants close by. We enjoyed the work out room at the neighboring hotel that was included. Also a sauna and steam room. The staff was so friendly and the service in our room was great. We were so happy we picked this hotel. What a great time in Cape Town.

The PortsWood was the perfect location for a visit to Cape Town. From the minute we arrived the staff made us feel special. Upon entering our room, we were delighted with the cleanliness and amenities. The location was just perfect and we were able to see the waterfront area from our room. everything was just steps away. I highly recommend staying at the PortsWood
