"Overall good hotel. Ample parking and room was clean.. The hotel has a very small fitness room and the treadmill was broken. It is located across the street from Walmart and Ft Drum is only minutes away."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's a beautiful hotel right on the water. We had a gorgeous room on the fourth floor with 2 queen beds and jacuzzi. We got lucky and had a corner room that had 2 balconies and a full view of the river and some of the islands and castles. They also have 2 restaurants and a bar, with docking for anyone coming in by boat. I would absolutely book this hotel again!!!"

"Room was clean, bathroom well it always smells like humidity because they don’t have fans I guess , ironing board was broken but told tue front desk. Breakfast is always excellent for continental!! Love their pillows and bed! Wish I could buy those comfy pillows LOL One bad thing our room was facing the I-81 so we could hear the big trucks and traffic which sucked"
