The property has everything you could want, lovely kitchen family area, pool with patio and a wood burning hot tub ( you will need to start the wood burning 2 hours prior). The property was secure with power gates and the adjoining property was the hosts point of contact to answer any query you may have. The first impressions of this immaculate property and estate is just wonderful and sets the atmosphere for a wonderful vacation. Very spacious, sunny and fully equipped. The pool is fabulous and the house overall had everything you could possibly need. Rochelle is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay special. "VRBO listed booking when the property was not available. Only found out 12 hrs before arrival. Had to scramble to find another place. They did not offer any help whatsover. Stay away from VRBO. Second time this has happend to me."

The owner (Emmanuel) is very friendly, helpful, and responsive, as is the property manager who met us when we came in and left. The views are incredible, with very clear views of Table Mountain and False Bay. The location is very good - ~30 minutes or less from most everything we wanted to do (eg, vineyards, family activities, Waterfront), and 10 minutes from malls with everything you will need. "Die Wohnung mit grossem Sitzplatz und Garten liegt im sicheren Greenway Golf Estate und hat freie Sicht auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge (Weingüter usw.). Die Gastgeberin, Caecia, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit um Rat fragen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen."
