"Fantastic pub! Room and bathroom clean with all facilities needed. Had a fantastic roast on the Sunday with a choice of 3 meats. Evening meals good too with a varied menu. Breakfast also great with an extensive selection. Staff made it memorable with their friendly, helpful approach. Look forward to retuning."

"What a lovely calm hotel. Loved that it was just a short stroll from the necessaries, beautifully quiet location. Everything was easy and staff super friendly. Spa was spotless. Breakfast delicious, plenty of lovely choices, some fresh uncut bread would have have elevated it. One hundred per cent would stay again. "

"Stayed in the Hall itself with a Mountain View room with a super comfy four poster bed. Great quiet location and lovely accommodation. Polite welcoming staff served us throughout our stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. "

"Stay here for 2 nights while we did the walk up snowdonia .The room was basic no frills but i wasn't expecting anything other than that. very clean and tidy. beds were comfortable, good shower and the use of a kettle and a kitchen unit on site which has everything you need. the staff were very helpful with local knowledge and tips on where to go etc. last but not least is the amazing views of the countryside. we must have said wow , look at that atleast 50 times. beautiful place . would love to come bsck and do it again. maybe not the climb up snowdonia because my bodys still feeling the aches and pains. well worth the visit. thanks Ned for you kindness and help"

"Our 2 night stay at the Tyn-y-Coed Hotel was very enjoyable. The room was spacious & extremely clean, as was our en-suite shower room. The king size bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows, so relaxing was easy. The Mountain View was awesome to wake up to. The food in the restaurant was delicious & fresh, and the staff were very helpful & efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our visit to Wales so enjoyable and stress free. "
