"Such a beautiful and spacious home, we felt it had all we needed and much more, lots of space for our 4 families to get togethe. Well set out and excellent space for everyone to be able to eat, cook and play together with everything that we needed. The kids loved the upstairs seating area as the was so much space for them to play. "The house is warm and comfortable, perfect if the Welsh weather is not playing ball! The location is perfect - both in terms of the wonderful views but also for visiting the many local attractions. During our week’s stay in April we visited the Zipworlds at Betws-y-coed and Penrhyn Quarry as well as the steam train at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Conwy castle. All within 15-35 minutes drive. "The photographs of the property do not do this house and gardens justice. There were 14 of us staying and it’s the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain, with an Aga and separate oven. Seating in the house is plentiful and the grounds are stunning. We could easily walk for dinner into Bala as well as stroll down to the lake. The children had a swim in the leisure centre as the lake is a tad cold in May! It’s worth every penny to stay here....

"Absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in a static caravan before but this was the best experience for a first timer. The facilities were spot on and the hot tub was an added bonus and throughly enjoyed by the children. The only downside was that the toilet seat was very loose and shifted when sitting on it. It was a minor problem and didn’t really affect our stay. "
