"Such a cute space!! Bigger in person than I expected! I value my rest, so was happy to know it was so quiet inside our room. Especially since the place is right next to a major walking/ road. So this was great to see a different perspective and location. The train/ bus stations are so close. You can ride around to multiple locations...

We were then reassigned another room. 5 minutes later, we were assigned back to the second room. I had booked a superior room. After all of this, we did not have a superior room and when I...

Top Capezzana Hotel Reviews

The Social Hub Florence Belfiore

The Social Hub Florence Belfiore

8/10 Good
"I loved that the hotel was a one stop shop. From the restaurant and cafe to the gym to the roof top with food options and the pool. It even has a laundry and spaces to work. It is a little learning curve getting around the hotel, but once you get used to it it’s pretty simple. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was our room and certain spaces had a weird cat smell. We realized it wasn’t just in our room and it only seemed to happen in the bathroom and the water was turned on. Outside of that this place was perfect and highly recommended."
