Enkel overnatting i Campileira.

Mannen i resepsjonen kan ikke engelsk, bare spansk. Vi har bodd der før, men hadde glemt at det ikke er vindu eller air/con, bare dobbel dør til terrassen. Det føles utrygt. Savnet også å kunne spørre om anbefalinger til restauranter, men måtte bruke nettet. Beliggenhet og pris er grei.

Un lugar de ensueño en Alpujarra

Personal de recepción y servicio, maravilloso. Limpieza, muy buena. Quizá le faltaba ascensor para equipajes muy grande. Piscina limpia y bien cuidada. Zona muy céntrica, ideal para tomar el autobús...Rodeada de muchos comercios. Espectacular para realizar senderismo por todo el barranco de Poqueira

La gente también importa

Ha sido maravilloso, no solo porque el entorno ayude, o porque las instalaciones tengan un encanto especial, sino también porque los dueños han sido un encanto en todo momento, ha sido un placer pasar un par de días en este hostal y sinceramente me he quedado con ganas de haber estado más tiempo, así que tendré que volver y desde luego será en el mismo sitio.

Hostal = Hostel und nicht mehr!

Pool ist schön, auch wenn es frisch war :) Personal kann nicht wirklich lachen, nett war aber die Begleitung auf das Zimmer nach dem Check-In = old-school.

Entiendo al hotel, decepcionado con la web

Cuando llegamos al Poqueira II (lo que yo contrate en la web), nos mandan a otro n° de la calle que está en frente de la dirección que aparece en los correos de la web. Allí nos dicen, que por el precio contratado, nos corresponde esa nueva dirección. Esa habitación no tiene nada que ver con lo que aparece en las fotos del contrato de la web(no hay tv, ni aire acondicionado, el baño es más pequeño, un solo enchufe ...)No culpo al hostal/hotel, ellos tienen sus tarifas; la culpa es de la web, que contratando un tipo de habitación en una dirección concreta y guiándote por unas fotos, resulta que el precio no corresponde a la habitación contratada y te mandan a otro edificio. La habitación que aparece en las fotos de la web, realmente existía (con tv, aire acondicionado, etc), ubicada además en la dirección que aparece en el correo de confirmación de la web, pero según recepción, valía 20euros más, echándole la culpa a la web, que habría mezclado las fotos de ambos establecimientos. Resumiendo, que uno paga un tipo de habitación concreta con unos servicios, basándose en unas fotos, y allí te mandan a otro edificio donde las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver, aludiendo que esa que tú has contratado, es realmente un poco más cara... Lo respete, aunque mostré claramente mi descontento. Probablemente tenga serias dudas a la hora de volver a contratar nada a través de esta web. PD:En la foto que mandan junto al correo para dejar opinión, aparece una tv en la habitación.

Hübsches kleines Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Traditionelles und mitten im Dorfkern gelegenes Hotel mit schöner Aussenanlage und Pool. Kann gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen genutzt werden. Das Hotel ist etwas älter, unser Zimmer aber gepflegt und die Betten bequem (und auch warm). Die Besitzer sind äusserst Hilfsbereit und geben einem auch Tipps.

ALSAバスst.直ぐ横の家庭的ホテル

グラナダから２時間３０分、カピレイラのバスst.に着いたが、ホテルが分からず２０分ほどウロウロ。近いことは分かっていたが、これほど近いとは思わず、ホテルの外観も見ていなかったので戸惑った。 ちょうど昼食時にチェックインしたため、レストランも経営しているこのホテルのフロントには誰もいない。予約の控えを見せても対応できない時間が５分ほど。オーナーが忙しそうに鍵とパスポートを交換し、レストランに戻っていった。安宿というわけでもないのに、ちょっと面倒くさそうなに後回しにされたような対応で少し不愉快になった。 午後３時前後は気をつけて!
