"Our favorite spot"

"Room was very clean and staff friendly. Plenty of parking and we love the location. The only problem we had was 2 groups of people staying in 2 separate room came in late and they were making a lot of nose. They were partying outside their rooms and in the parking lot laughing, talking loud and it looked like drinking. This went on for at least 45 minutes or longer. If it wasn’t late it wouldn’t have been a problem. I am sure we weren’t the only ones who could hear the noise. We had to call the office and complain. I would have thought they would have handled it before we called because the hotel is not very big and this group was loud but once we called it got quiet after about 15 minutes. I am not sure if any other guest called too."

"The Beach House Hotel was a wonderful stay. The view was the BEST part and worth every penny we paid. The fact we could walk to Sam's Chowder House was also nice. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating and patient with our many questions. We will return again for our next mini staycation!"

"This was a fantastic place to relax near the beach. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. We enjoyed lounging in the living room, and on the covered porch and the very nice garden. Glad we remembered to bring an HDMI cable. The location was great. We loved having a fine grocery store a short walk away as we were car-free. We enjoyed some nice meals out, one with a spectacular view of the bay and the hills, as well as some great walks on the beach checking out the surfers, boats and the coast, and the hills. Gi'angelo was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend."

"The property is spacious, easy to access, and has a great location, with easy walking to a convenience store, restaurants, and the harbor. It was not very well cleaned, and amenities were the bare minimum (one small rag in the kitchen, no paper towels, had to search for extra tp, no hand towels for bathrooms, carpets grubby). Upon arrival, there were a lot of cigarette butts and other trash in the driveway that a member of our group picked up (this may not have been in control of the host, but they should be aware)."
