"Overall a nice experience. A couple of observations though: the room sevice breakfast was cold and you needed to call and ask for butter for your toast. For a 5 star establiahment, it should be a given and provided with your breakfast including a selection of jams, jellies or spreads . Another criticism is that different staff constantly asked if everythjng was okay every few minutes while i was having dinner in the tea rooms. This became very annoying. "We booked the entry level room category which was still nice & spacious. Bathroom, carpet & walls looked clean, our bed throw had a few stains but the bed sheets and pillows were pristine white and smelled clean. Shower head is set pretty high up, I could just reach it, lol. But water pressure was good and there's lots of space on the bathroom vanity to spread out your product if needed.
