"I didn’t check the website very well to understand you could rent the chuck wagons, teepees or cabins versus rooms. Thought the chuck wagons were apart of hotel look so didn’t recognize when we came upon the hotel. Thought it was misleading since it was almost hidden off to the side. Maybe I just didn’t understand."

"The room was a good size, but had absolutely no storage. The room was also extremely bright at night So much for dark skies at Capitol Reef. Beds had a horrible bed frame with shin destroying corners, but was comfortable. Great location. The front desk staff at check-in was great. The girl with the nose ring at check-out was horrible. Rude, rolled her eyes, basically a horrible human being. Will not be staying here again because of people like that. Sorry, do better. Also, breakfast was awful."

"Our room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The restaurant at the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. The only thing I didn’t like was the bait boxes everywhere outside for mice control which I understand nobody wants mice in their hotel however bait boxes poison mice but don’t kill them instantly so the mice continue to wander around and get eaten by raptors and other animals that then suffer secondary poisoning. It is a horrible death for the mouse and other unintended target animals."
