I did as much research as I could about this area in advance, and was a little worried from what I saw about the neighborhood. "The host was awesome with communication and cleared up any issues quickly and in a friendly manner. The beds were comfortable and location great-quick drive into DC and close to shops and metro. It was a new listing and while the host was still ironing out some kinks it was a fabulous spot to have a great trip and have no doubt it will be a great experience for all who stay there. "
