Fabulous webpage with helpful tips. Well provisioned kitchen. Gorgeous neighborhood.
CONS: I thought I was booking a garden level space, but it turned out as 4 flight of stairs.
Building light on soundproofing, but fellow renters were quite at night."

"The sheets and towels were dirtier than I anticipated. Room is very small, only comfortable for one person at most. The bathroom was a decent size with adequate water pressure from the shower head. It was extremely warm in the room (no fan)."

"There are TV's in the rooms, walls are a lil thin and it echoes a little. There are very limited parking an none of its free but there are some cool places within walking distance if you don't plan on driving around seattle"
