"My daughter and I really feel in love with this hotel in the heart of SLC. We would definitely stay here again in the future if our travels bring us out to this territory."
"Only downside was that they charge for WiFi. Today, even most lower tier hotel offer WiFi for free. That would make it easy to access the WiFi. As a member, it was free for me, but I still had to go through the hassle of connecting. I kept getting error messages so I changed my password. Then I got a message that the password I just changed was incorrect. This kept happening over and over. It should just connect by my room number."
"it was very clean and well I laid out. The bed was comfortable. During the heat wave in July the temperature in the unit and throughout the building was comfortable."
"Overall experience was great. Stayed in a luxury suite and it was perfect. Whether it’s a short or extended stay, the property has everything you need with various essentials located nearby. Definitely will stay here again."
"Everything about the hotel was great! But the broiler broke the morning we left and we had to take ice cold showers. The staff was great and taking care of us in the ways they could but because we booked through a third party we have had to deal with Expedia to see if we can get a refund."
"Young man at the front desk was very helpful. Provided lots of good recommendations for restaurants and was very engaging. Woman preparing breakfast was helpful, hard working, and attentive. She was also engaging when asked for help.
Great place to stay!"
