Era para ser uma experiência ótima...

Regular,pois o hotel apesar de ter ótima infraestrutura, tem o serviço ruim, no que tange a satisfação dos seus hóspedes, com regras muito rígidas, o que não leva em consideração a satisfação e sim a rigidez de procedimentos, principalmente quanto aos horários pré definidos, de check in, check out, almoço e jantar. A gerência é ruim nesse quesito.

Ficamos triste porque parecia bem abandonado o local. Foi bem diferente do que algumas pessoas que já haviam ido há cinco anos atrás descreveram. Os funcionários do restaurante, muito educados e atenciosos. Mas o hotel não recomendo. Precisam investir mais no geral.

A estrutura do hotel muito boa, porém me pareceu que não são preparados p receberem turistas, muitas normas e regras que ficam cansativas. Corram! Se chover, o hotel tem goteiras para todos os lados, a cama de casal simplesmente não existe: alguém dormira no “buraco” entre as duas camas de solteiro! Contudo, nada disso se compara ao HORROR do jantar! A comida não tem a mínima explicação. Inacreditável se pagar o absurdo que se paga pelo que lhe oferecem! ESQUEÇAM!

Muito gostoso.

O hotel é muito bem cuidado.

Correu tudo bem, o hotel é muito bonito. Apesar da informação inicial era de estar incluído apenas o café da manhã, o jantar também estava incluso nas diárias. As refeições eram muito boas.
