"Marisa was a very nice lady. The VRBO listing stated she spoke English and she does not. We had a difficult time communicating with her, we used google translate constantly. The listing also stated that there was a hot tub on the property and there is not. Listing stated that linens and towels were provided and she wanted to charge us for towels and linens.
