"This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. We were greeted by Bianca who made sure everything was right, and served a meal, we had planned ahead, that was delicious. Food kept coming, and our quests were in awe. "Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer grandiosen Umgebung. Die Nähe zur Stadt Todi und die schöne Lage in den Hügeln um die Stadt ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit dem weitläufigen Grundstück und dem großen Pool ist sehr gut. In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal. "A more beautiful house would be hard to imagine! The view is amazing, the grounds beautiful and the house well stocked with essentials including soap and toilet paper. A bit of a rough driveway but only 15 minutes from Assisi. The most wonderful and accommodating hosts. We hope to return! "

Un intérieur qui mélange le bon et le moins bon. Des chambres bien meublées, des SDB, mais un agencement peu ergonomique. Maison en deux partis, Trois petits frigidaires à trois endroits différents par exemple. Cuisines peu pratiques Salons vieillot. Mais pour l'été, cela n'impacte que très peu. "The villa is well equipped and very spacious. The suites are large and comfortable. The grounds and pool area are tended to frequently. We went for wine tasting and there are so many close by ( some 5 to 10 minutes away) even our furthest was about a 40 minute drive. I would certainly stay here again."

"Our villa was a traditional building but with more modern facilities which was a perfect mix. Set high in the hills with a magnificent view it was a wonderful location once you got used to driving up there!! Quiet grounds, a good sized outside eating area and a lovely pool made it an ideal holiday venue for our extended family. We all loved it."

"We spent a week at Villa Nuba. It has a great location. Less than a five minute drive from the center but very quiet and peaceful. Super comfortable beds. Mosquito screens. Nothing will disturb your rest. Lovely to return to after the day if sightseeing. Giuseppe is a lovely host who speaks great English. He will give your great recommendations for restaurants or anything you might need. Do not hesitate to stay here. Highly recommended!"
