"Once you got inside, the building was clean, but the bathroom smelled like trash, possibly from venting in air from the visibly dirty street outside the building. Staff was helpful when in the building, which was not often. Overall the stay was nice"

"The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. "The location of this property was great as it is right next to the train station. Instructions to check-in were easy to follow. They also helped us store our luggage overnight. The bed was good and the amenities as well. I would easily stay here again."

"Great location, less than 20min walk from Napoli Centrale and set up in a way that makes you feel like you're a local who lives there! Breakfast was included at a café nearby that was amazing, not a full buffet but we're not big breakfast eaters so the coffee and croissant was perfect for us. Stayed with my husky and had the most wonderful time!"
