Island of Elba, two-room apartment with terrace overlooking the sea at sunset

Two-room apartment of about 35 square meters located in the Municipality of Capoliveri, halfway between the town and the sea and surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation, inside Villa Barabarca. It consists of a large living room ideally divided into a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a living area with equipped kitchenette, kitchen table and chairs, satellite TV with adjustable wall. A corridor leads to the left to the bedroom which houses a bunk bed (2 pax) and to the right to the bathroom, equipped with a bidet and a shower. Furnished in an essential and functional way, it is pleasant to the eye and welcoming. It is embellished by a covered veranda in front of the entrance equipped with table and chairs to dine in front of a splendid glimpse of the Golfo Stella and to cool off in the evening in the fragrant breeze that rises from the sea. The parking space is located inside the condominium area, a few meters from the entrance to the Villa. On the ground floor, on the opposite side of the entrance, there is a barbecue at the service of all condominium apartments. SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT SUPPLIED.
