Sehr schönes Haus

Wir können uns den viele Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig, einzig am Sonnenschutz und der Kücheneinrichtung (Besteck, Pfannen, Töpfe, ...) wurde gespart. Wegen des Geschirrspülers wäre es auch schön, mehr als z.B. 4 Weingläser zu haben. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren defekt, was aber vermutlich auch von den Vormietern nicht unbedingt gemeldet und bei der Reinigung nicht aufgefallen ist. (Liegestuhl, Lampe, Leuchtmittel, Wäscheständer, Sonnenschirm). Es gibt Ameisen im Haus (überschaubar). Die unteren Stockwerke sind bewohnt. Das Objekt ist also nicht, wie sonst bei FeWo üblich, zur Alleinnutzung. Die Einheiten sind aber getrennt. Einzig negativ ist der Verkehr, der von 6-23 direkt am Haus (an beiden Seiten) vorbeiführt. Nachts wird es aber deutlich ruhiger. Der Müll wird getrennt und an verschiedenen Tagen abgeholt. Müll, der sich nach dem Abholtermin bis zur Anreise ansammelt, muss selbst entsorgt werden. Es empfiehlt sich, bei der Übergabe nach einer Entsorgungsstation zu fragen.

Grosszügige Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Strasse gelegen. Sie besticht mit einer grosszügigen Terrasse und einer grandiosen Aussicht auf die Bucht. Eingerichtet ist minimalistisch, aber schön und zweckmässig.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen sensationellen Blick auf das Meer! Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist modern und ansprechend. Positiv sind uns auch die vielen verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich aufgefallen. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren sehr gut und werden auch dringend im Sommer benötigt, da das Haus auf der Südseite zum Meer hin eine Vollverglasung hat, um den Meerblick in vollem Maße zu genießen. Einziger Kritikpunkt an dieser Wohnung ist, dass unbedingt eine Markise auf der Terrasse dringend notwendig wäre, weil sonst den ganzen tag die Sonne und Wärme durch die Vollverglasung in den Wohnraum scheint. Außerdem könnte man mit einer Markise dann die wirklich schöne Terrasse mehr genießen, die ansonsten in der prallen Sonne einfach zu heiß ist. Alles in allem aber ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert. Wir würden gerne nochmal diese Wohnung mieten.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der Blick aus Wohnung und Balkon war ein Traum. Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein dürfen. Alles in allem aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht. Man kann auch problemlos zu Fuß zum Strand laufen. Gefehlt hat uns allerdings eine Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse, da es ab Mittag sehr heiß wird.

Zuerst muss ich hier natürlich den Ausblick erwähnen. Schon von der Eingangstür aus kann man das Meer sehen und bei diesem Ausblick auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken ist einfach traumhaft! Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und klar eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt! Der Vermieter ist einfach sympathisch, sehr zuvorkommend und kann sehr gute Restaurants in Capoliveri empfehlen - Luca, an dieser Stelle nochmal herzlichen Dank für Alles! Da es ja durchaus nicht immer der Fall ist, möchte ich hier noch erwähnen, dass der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus sehr großzügig bemessen ist!
