The two-room apartment is located in a splendid villa surrounded by greenery at the foot of the town of Capoliveri, in contact with nature.
The structure is located southeast of the Island of Elba where it is possible to see beautiful panoramas that dominate the entire Gulf of Mola.
Nice one bedroom apartment of the villa, (about 42MQ); has 4 beds; the apartment consists of a double bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with a shower cubicle with a shower head.
Equipped kitchenette equipped with fridge and freezer, glasses, flatware, tables, chairs, etc., etc ...
SAT TV, LED LCD and free WI / FI internet connection.
Shared laundry, barbecue, outdoor shower, games for children and illuminated panoramic square with lovely garden; outside there is also an external covered porch with tables, chairs and deckchairs with sun loungers.
The owners are always available for any information.
The stays are weekly from Saturday to Saturday, except in the low season, the final prices include electricity, water, gas and final cleaning; the linen is not included.
The house is available from 12.30 on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 9.00 on the day of departure; small pets are allowed as they do not pose any problems for the villa's customers.
