Villetta Le Pitte - Capoliveri

An elegant detached house on two floors with a large, panoramic sea-view terrace from which spectacular sunsets over Montecristo, Pianosa and Corsica can be enjoyed undisturbed.
The delightful town of Capoliveri, just over 1 km away, offers a large choice of restaurants, bars, boutiques and a fascinating evening market during the summer months.
The house is furnished to a high standard to offer a comfortable, elegant ambience. Guests can walk through green surroundings to the Madonna delle Grazie beach or follow a beautiful clifftop path to the secluded Stecchi beach. The Barabarca and Zuccale beaches are a few minutes’ drive away.
Le Pitte is an independent villa on two floors, and is made up on the ground floor of a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, each with access to the outside, where there is an equipped space. On the first floor is the eat-in kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, it also has an oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and a small sofa. The French window leads to a patio with table and chairs for eating al fresco. Also on the first floor is a second bathroom with shower and a beautiful double bedroom with access to the terrace furnished with an elegant wicker sitting area.

Ruhige Lage, super Meerblick

Wir (2 Paare) waren 1 Woche in der Villa "Le Pitte" in Capoliveri. Das Haus liegt ziemlich am Ende einer Sackgasse, so dass hier so gut wie kein Verkehr ist und absolute Ruhe garantiert ist. Bei What3Words findet man das Haus unter "ansteigt.erworben.vorspeise". In der unteren Etage gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einer Dusche/WC. In der oberen Etage gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Dusche/WC und die Küche. Die Louge-Möbel auf der Terrasse sind sehr schön. Abzug gibt es von mir für die Plastik-Terrassenmöbel. Ordentliche Möbel wären hier eine enorme Aufwertung. Zwei Liegen für 6 Personen finde ich auch etwas wenig. In der Küche gibt es eine Kimbo-Kapselkaffeemaschine. Wir haben leider keine Kapseln gefunden die gepasst hätten. Also war halt Hand-Espresso-Kännchen angesagt. Im Außenbereich ist eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel vorhanden. Zum Strand Madonna della Grazie sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß den Berg runter. Leider war hier alles voller Seegras und das Restaurant hat uns auch nicht gefallen. Massenbestuhlung und leider wieder alle Möbel in Plastik und Plastiktischdecken. Nicht unser Geschmack. 3 Minuten zu Fuß weiter in nordwestliche Richtung gibt es den wesentlich schöneren Strand Spaggia degli Stecchi. Allerdings ohne Bar. Der nächste sehr schöne Strand mit Bar und Parkplatz ist der Spaggia di Barabarca. Rechts vom Haus geht ein sehr steiler, schmaler und zugewachsener Pfad noch oben in den Ort Capoliveri. Immer der Wasserleitung folgen, dann kommt man oben an der Schule raus. 500 m, 70 Höhenmeter, 8 Minuten, festes Schuhwerk. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur "Tesi Viaggi" war hervorragend und auch der Hausmeister Guiseppe war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar schon etwas früher ins Haus gelassen. In der Auffahrt zum Haus passen bequem 3 PKWs. Die Zufahrt ist allerdings nicht abgeschlossen. WLAN funktioniert super. Wenn Waschmaschine, Backofen und beide Boiler an sind, dann fliegt die Hauptsicherung am Zähler raus. Dieser befindet sich unten an der Straße rechts von der Zufahrt. Der Schlüssel hierzu liegt unter dem TV am Schlüsselbund mit den beiden Dreikantschlüsseln. Wir würden das Objekt auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Alleine schon des Meerblicks von der oberen Terrasse wegen und der herrlichen Ruhe.
