"This was a great place to stay in the heart of Tuscany. Nice, old fashioned charm. Relaxing atmosphere, with horses, sheep, sweet dogs nearby on the large grounds. The large pool was closed for the season, but looked inviting. Only four units (ask for the suite - it has a real wood-burning fireplace!). Perfect spot to make your HQ for exploring the beautiful Tuscan hills. A car is a must - easy parking. Safe, secure property"

"Abbiamo fatto una rimpatriata tra amici con figli: eravamo 12 bambini e 9 adulti, la struttura è enorme e ha spazi per tutte le età. La cucina è super accessoriata. Noi avendo tanti bambini con noi non ci siamo mossi mai dalla struttura se non per fare la spesa e non ci è mai mancato niente…è la casa ideale per una situazione come la nostra. Siamo stati benissimo. Per affitti invernali suggerisco degli attaccapanni nella dependance sulla piscina e qualche panno della cucina in più, per il resto la casa è perfetta"

"Great property with lots to offer! Of course its an old house, and there is lots of bugs in Tuscany so when you book it know this, its such a great space!! The kids enjoyed the yard, the adults enjoyed the view and the owner and his helper were extremely responsive and helped us very quickly with any questions."

"Beautiful property!!! Accurate photos on listing. All amenities here in this very comfortable Valletta. 6 minute drive to Arezzo and wonderful walking paths everywhere. Hosts were helpful and keep property so well maintained!! We did not use pool because it was too cool but it looks like it would be great in warmer months"

"There is sometimes a fine line between rustic and dilapidated, but this property is definitely the latter. It is tired and dated, there is exposed wiring, the cot was broken, the fridge leaks water, the bathrooms are frankly grim and the aircon barely copes at maintaining 22 deg C. The house was the family home of the man who lives in a small part of the house. He can enter your part of the house whenever he wishes, and does so frequently and unannounced. It was his home, and feels like he has been relegated to the granny annexe but still misses his house. It could be a great property. It wouldn’t need much in the way of investment.The pool is lovely and large. It is an above ground pool (note the careful photography on the site that does not make this obvious). It is shallow, but apart from that provided lots of entertainment.The location is great and Arezzo is a lovely town and you are within an hour of Sienna, Florence and a bit further to many other famous destinations."

"Wonderful authentic place. We were in the Villa for a week and so far it was the best group holiday. Villa is very spacious, kitchen is very well equiped, garden, the pool- looks even better in real than in the photos. Definiatelly reccomend, 10/10, hope we will come back."
