"Arrived at the hotel only to find the hotel had been closed since February, despite taking payment from me and sending email correspondence directly from the hotel. Hotels.com we’re utterly useless is helping resolve this so I had to book another hotel at my own expense. Avoid this hotel."

"Deludente e squallido è dire poco. Abbiamo “soggiornato” in questo posto ,che si fa chiamare Hotel Terme che di hotel e di terme non ha nulla,per fortuna solo una notte. Abbiamo prenotato su Expedia pagando la stanza e prima colazione 125,50€ in due, ho chiamato per aver conferma dell’avvenuto soggiorno e tra le tante cose che ho chiesto alla signora non ha accennato ad alcun supplemento da pagare in loco per quanto riguarda l’entrata in una “piscinetta” di 15€ a persona. My grand kids, age 13 and 17 were the reason I selected the property because they love to swim at all hours of the day. "A charming authentic Italian villa. Wow. Spotlessly clean in a lovely quiet country location ( so yes you may hear an animal - it’s the country !) but was all blissful and tranquil to us. Giuseppe was an amazing host and really nice man, who takes great care of the house. We loved the pool and gardens. The house is large on 3 floors.
