They would go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Our hot air balloon ride got canceled the day we booked it and we really wanted to go, but it was fully booked all over Cappadocia. But they went to work to find us the best deal and excellent balloon company because they have connections. Hedi, the receptionist was particularly wonderful: patient, kind, cheerful, very helpful. Lots of variations for breakfast. The only thing I wish they had was a fitness center for guests to use. It would make the experience so much more complete. "
