"Everything was perfect here. The only difficulty was to find the hotel. If you are driving you need to park on a nearby street and walk there. Then they directed us to the parking lot to leave the car over night and we had to walk to the hotel. The will carry all of our luggage on a little van that they have. We also had a small problem with not getting any cold water in the shower but it wasn't a big deal. The rest was pleasant. We enjoyed the views, the restaurant, and the room. We had a wonderful time here."

"Villa Clodia is a beautiful property set in a very quaint vilage with spectacular views across the countryside. We hired it on a self catering basis as a group of friends. We loved our stay there. It's very easy to access (good train links) and Leonardo arranged our collection from the airport. The town of Manziana is very pretty and very close by so you can buy all the provisions you need if you are s/c.I would very much recommend the property and hope to return one day"

"I was surprised at the large size and comfort of the property: kitchen, living room and great bed. Two block walk from the great Archeological Museum. The town is a delightful historic place with many inexpensive fun restaurants."

"Absolutely lovely- peaceful, quiet, good location for exploring the area. Large room- bedroom and living room. Restaurant right outside the door. Only downside is that you cannot control the a/c in your room. "

"Staff was very attentive and friendly…especially the nice woman who checked us in at 9:30 pm to on Saturday night. There’s a very decent pizzeria and pasta ristorante right below the hotel that was serving at 10 pm, also with an excellent staff. Breakfast was worth the 8-9 euros and was quite pleasant…so all round excellent."

"We added a 3rd day to our stay. The location just a bit east of Sutri is ideal for visiting Etruscan sites, though Google Maps complicated our arrival, suggesting we needed to drive kilometers past the hotel and then approach from the east. We stayed for the great service but encourage anyone who wants to discover a beautiful, less visited part of Italy to enjoy this area and all it offers making this comfortable property your base. And do yourself another favor by eating dinner at the hotel at least one night."

"This is an inexpensive hotel. It is a two star hotel. No breakfast. Needed to Call the property to open the door to register. Front desk is not always staffed. Once you register, you can access your room through a back door and stairway."
