Truly a wonderful, warm place to stay. Staff is excellent and room was absolutely amazing. The place was so extremely charming. Loved the pool area too. Will absolutely be staying here again next time we go to Capri. Food and drinks were excellent too. Highly recommended.

Incredible standard of hospitality!

The team at the hotel are amazing, they made us feel incredibly well looked after! The food was of a very high standard. And the car service to help with trips between the port, hotel and nearby towns was first class. Would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to visit Capri

Outstanding Stay in Capri

Outstanding experience, this hotel deserves all the awards. This is a quiet, secluded hotel close to all the best sights of Capri. All the staff from our driver to the concierge where all amazingly helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend staying here and would love to return.

Best welcome ever had

The hotel offers tremendous personal service, they came to the boat arrival at 10:30 in the morning and handled our luggage and the ride to the hotel. Upon arrival they situated us comfortably with delicious food while waiting for the room to be ready. They also provided a car ride to the town center for us to explore Capri right away.

One of, if not the best, hotel experiences I have come across. The property has beautiful views, the hotel is immaculately maintained and most importantly the staff and service were the best I have ever encountered at any 5 star hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and always available for any needs. I knew the views would be beautiful based on online photos but I was pleasantly surprised by the phenomenal service.

This hotel was so amazing. The aesthetic and details of this place is beautiful. But the real standout is the staff. The staff is so friendly nice and attentive. Everyone made you feel like family and they truly were the sweetest. The food here was also AMAZING. Best raviolis ive ever had and this was our third italian stop. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

Wonderful location and every staff member gave personal attention to all our needs or requests. This was our second reservation with Parco but will not be our last. They have a vehicle that meets you at the ferry dock and will take care of your luggage as well. Cheers to a hotel and staff that know how to excell at customer service.

I have stayed in so many hotels that say “this is your home” for the duration of your stay. Hotel Excelsior Parco was the first one that actually means it when they say it. What a phenomenal visit. What a phenomenal staff. I wish I could stay in this hotel wherever we travel.

Panoramic views - old time vibe.

The service and beauty of this hotel is top notch! Even the toiletry kit was just TOO CUTE! They insist you don’t lift a finger! Location is close to the port, not town but they have a free shuttle to take you to either or. The complimentary breakfast was also Devine! Being an older hotel; my only “cons” are that the room was quite stuffy, we had to leave the patio door open our whole stay, and the closet smelled really bad. Like someone else’s soiled clothes. The bed was also very uncomfortable. Otherwise- the property is stunning and the service is out of this world! A word to those considering Capri- it’s very small, and unless you’re planning a lot of water excursions- I would personally recommend only staying 1 or 2 nights tops. You can easily do it all within 24 hours.

The staff at the resort were amazing! The minute we checked in we were greeted by Emanuel who did an incredible job at showcasing the hotel’s services, the best places to eat, and the must see spots around the island. In addition throughout our stay, Emanuel was always open to helping us with any kind of conveniences include laundry and dining reservations. Whenever we ate at the restaurant at the resort we had an amazing server name Neli. She is probably the kindest server my wife and I have ever seen. To add, she always made sure our drink glasses were always full and our orders were on time and delicious. Thirdly, Mario who was another hotel concierge, was extremely friendly, he upgraded our room in order to make our honeymoon even more special! He also was very friendly in answering many of my silly questions about places to eat and my reservations. Finally, the hotel has a driver named Buddiua, he was always available to drive us to the Capri town square and the marina grande port. In addition, he is extremely professional and friendly. If you call the hotel to pick you up, he will be there in 3 minutes. Incredible!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Excelsior Parco! The hotel is beautiful with amazing views and close to everything. The room was big and clean with a relaxing balcony. The hotel provided free transportation to and from the port and main square that was very helpful and convenient. The breakfast everyday was amazing in a beautiful garden setting. There is so many amazing qualities of this hotel but the staff is the real gem! They immediately welcome you as family and you really feel their care throughout your stay. Gaia and Gianpiero are so attentive and caring. They make sure that your time in Capri is incredible and everything you dreamed it would be—and they made it happen! Peppe, was like an old family friend -his warm smile each morning at breakfast was always a nice way to start the day… in addition to the delicious breakfast and coffee him and his staff provided. Buddika and Marco were both so helpful and worked hard to make sure your experience was always wonderful. A truly remarkable hotel !

We stayed at Villa Exelsior during our honeymoon and it was truly a 10/10 experience! Our room had a sunning view of the mountains and sea, we had breakfast brought up to our room every morning and the staff were incredible attentive. They helped us with restaurant reservations and activities. The pool area is also stunning. We felt so at home during our stay and didn't want to leave!!

I would consider one of the best places we ever stayed. The staff from reception, drivers, waitreses and etc.. makes you feel like a family and willing to go extra 10 miles for you. They are making your stay enjoyable, unforgettable and memorable. We only had a breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious, everything was fresh. Room was cleaned twice a day. They suggested for us a few restaurants and made reservations. Thank you guys.
