Overlooking one of the most suggestive views of Capri, the villa enjoys a breathtaking view of the Faraglioni and the bay of Marina Piccola, offering scenery of rare beauty every day. The private pool with hydromassage, immersed in this unique context, invites you to moments of pure well-being, between sky and sea.
The location is equally privileged: in a few minutes on foot you can reach the crystal clear waters of Marina Piccola, while the famous Piazzetta is about ten minutes away, allowing you to perfectly combine privacy and access to lively island life.

The spaces
The property is divided into two independent units, designed to ensure maximum flexibility and privacy.
The main villa welcomes guests in large and bright rooms, characterized by a sober and contemporary elegance. It has three bedrooms — two double and one single — and three bathrooms with showers, two of which are particularly spacious. The refined and welcoming living room opens onto a living area with sofas, TV and dining area, while the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for living the villa with maximum comfort.
The annex, adjacent but independent, represents an intimate and private space, perfect for additional guests or staff. It consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa bed, dining area and full kitchen. The private terrace, furnished with an outdoor table, offers a perfect corner for quiet breakfasts or outdoor dining.

Experience the outdoors
The outdoor spaces are designed to maximize the surrounding natural beauty. The large panoramic terrace, elegantly furnished with dining areas, lounges and sun loungers, is the ideal place for moments of relaxation, outdoor lunches and aperitifs at sunset.
An outdoor shower, the Mediterranean garden with lemon trees and an ancient well complete the atmosphere, adding an authentic touch of Capri charm and making every moment spent outdoors a unique experience.

Access and services
The villa has direct access from the main road that leads to Marina Piccola (Via Marina Piccola 41), ensuring convenience and ease of movement.
To ensure an impeccable stay, the rate includes a daily housekeeping service (2 hours a day) and a dedicated concierge service provided by My Villa Collection, ready to satisfy every need with discretion and professionalism.
The pool is available from 1 May to 30 September.
There is a supplement of €300 for final cleaning, to be paid upon check-in.
