"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. It should be rated as a 3-star property.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chisinau. You can easily walk to the main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and even the city's central market.
Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, especially if you get a room on the first floor, as I did. The lobby is right outside the rooms, and during my stay I had to go to the reception several times to ask them to tell the guests in the lobby—who were drinking, laughing, and talking loudly—to keep the noise down.
The breakfast is quite limited for a 4-star hotel, although the food is fresh.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to complain because the bed sheets were dirty. Instead of replacing them properly, it seemed they had simply been carelessly placed one on top of another.."
