"I’ve said enough, but it was disappointing. They claimed to have an outside area and don’t it’s just the outside hallway to the place. The beds are a fold out couch and something just slightly bigger than a twin bed."

"Easy to find, easy check in. Nice apartment, clean, spacious, warm (we were here in January). Kitchen could use a mobile island or small table for extra work surface. Nice restaurants nearby, metro stops also close. Would recommend. "

"This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family."

"Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) "

"Our family of 8 stayed here for 3 nights. The communication with the host was great and they gave us excellent advice and suggestions. It was clean and spacious. We did run out of toilet paper and the host told us we needed to buy more that they only provide us with 9 rolls. That was a problem for us bc we were not familiar with the area. The location was ok and neighborhood was a little sketchy We had to Uber every where which was a cost we weren’t expecting. The beds were like sleeping on...

"This is a beautiful house and stay -- my only advice to be very exact about *which city and plaza* you meet the property manager at, as we had the wrong Santa Maria plaza entirely! Other than that, a truly magical building, waterfall, and stay."

"Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

You’re in one of the apartments of the palazzo, the host lives on site as well, and one half of the palazzo is used as an b&b, private use of the huge garden. "Notre objectif était de visiter la région et donc nous sommes restés peu de temps à l’intérieur. Mais si l intérieur est rustique il est fonctionnel, le confort de base y est présent et on ne se marche pas dessus. Agréable après une journée dans la foule. Que du carrelage au sol, nous préférons car ça évite les moquettes mal entretenues qui finissent par vous démanger les mollets, et lorsque l on reste plusieurs jours un coup se passe rapidement sans prise de tête.
