"La nostra camera non era assolutamente propria di un 4 Stelle. Non c'era neppure il bidet, sostituito con una specie di secchio in plastica a forma di bidet da riempire a mano: disgustoso. Frigo bar mezzo vuoto. Cameriere invadenti che già alle 9,30 bussano. SPA cara e a pagamento....noi, clienti dell'albergo, 28€ per un'ora! "The property was very lovely and clean. We had some car troubles which meant that we missed out on normal check in, I was lucky enough to get in contact with the hotel and explain the situation and Gaia was very accommodating and let us check in late. The room was very beautiful, I really liked the balcony especially since it is the middle of summer and there is no air conditioning. It was also a really good central location to Canazei and the other towns surrounding it since we had no car, thanks to Budget Car Rentals."
