Host very prompt and helpful. House was great. Had everything we needed. View on Lani outstanding. Definitely very steep hill.Very quiet neighborhood. Liked the rural feel.Air conditioning in bedrooms would be nice for sleeping.

OUTRIGGER Kona Resort and Spa
Hotel was overbooked, and we were given a downgraded room. Room was musty, poorly updated, no hand soap. The hotel was not very clean overall (art installation in lobby was so dirty it looked like it had been over a campfire) Was not giving “resort & spa”
