"The location was perfect, so close to beach and on marina. Could wake up, go on porch and listen and see manatees. The condo complex was quiet and everyone was kind. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. The pool was great. The condo itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.i would book here again without hesitation!"

"The house and property exceeded expectations. Kitchen was well stocked and has everything you would need for preparing meals for a week. The pool was clean and warm which the kids used every day. The golf carts provided are like new and great for getting around the island. We used the grocery order service mid week and had everything the next day, very convenient. "My wife and I came down for a last minute trip to escape the tough winter weather in Upstate New York. A welcome respite. The place is great for 2 people-overlooking the beach and pool. Could be a little tight if you had more people. Clean, updated and easy walking distance to town. Captiva is still in a rebuilding mode after the two hurricanes last fall but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Spent most of our time at the pool or walking the beach. "

Some minor issues but the property manager took care of it right away. Excellent communication from the property manager throughout. I would definitely rent again!"

"This property really is in an excellent location. The beach is about 5 minutes and is located away from resorts, so you have lots of space. Dining and shopping are right around the corner, literally! We drove to Sanibel for larger grocer"
