Personal de atención con poca formación. Falta de uniformidad en platos unos buenos otros malos. No aclaran el precio del bufete al tipo de cambio ya que si se paga con tarjeta el cambio es exagerado y el extrajero no lleva bolívares. El tiempo de traer un plato de la carta es demasiado y no preparan la mesa. Hay que estar pidiendo todo.

Reanissance Caracas is a modern and confortable hotel. Check in process is really slow mainly de to poor trained clerks. Check out at lobby bar is as slow as at counter's Aside of these situations hotel is moderno and well located. Rooms are clean and confortable. IT offers a good buffet breakfast.

En la parte positiva: habitación excelente, cama grande y cómoda, baño moderno, todo en perfecto estado y limpio. Gran TV LCD con gran selección de canales. Trato y amabilidad del personal. Ubicación tranquila en una zona segura. En la parte negativa: Wifi gratuito sólo en la zona del lobby, mientras que en las habitaciones es de pago. En la actualidad y en un Marriot, inexplicable. La atención en recepción es buena pero lenta. Una crítica a partes iguales hacia el hotel y esta página: La habitación incluye desayuno, pero ni en la reserva ni en la recepción se informa que el desayuno incluido es en la planta 6ª y no en la 1ª (donde ofrecen un buen buffet, pero cuyo coste es adicional). No sé cómo será el desayuno de la 6ª planta, puesto que me enteré de lo anterior durante el checkout.
