"È come il paradiso qui. È il posto più rilassante e tranquillo in cui sia mai stato. Il personale è estremamente attento, molto gentile e paziente con la traduzione. Sembra di essere in un sogno quando sei qui. Il cibo è delizioso ogni boccone. Le camere sono affascinanti. La sabbia è così morbida. L'acqua è così limpida e calda. Rena Resort mi ha scaldato il cuore. Farò tesoro per sempre del ricordo del mio soggiorno qui. 10/10 il posto migliore in cui sia mai stato. È il paradiso qui. Pace,...

"I didn’t like the hotel or it’s surroundings "

"Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful.. Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs. "

"Really nice place to o be fair, service is rapid, staff are freindly. Child friabdly and everything feels luxurious. Really enjoyed my stay would go again. *Need better Aircon in the rooms"

"The property grounds pool ans beach are nice. Breakfast for a westerner not the best. Coffee like espresso, capucino etc was poor. Issue was that the hotel incurred a power outage for over 2 hours, the hotel went dark, when. I asked ab pi ut the generator they said that they couldn't turn it on to conserve energy. Meanwhile we melted in the rooms 37 degrees outside so suffice to say we didn't sleep the night. The hotel nor Expedia would give us a refund for a lost night of sleep. Enough said."
