Welcome to Roz Avel, Breton family house built in 1904 by our ancestors over the water in the descent Kelenn with stunning and captivating view of the bay of Morlaix and its islands. This home is conveniently located a few meters from the beach Kelenn and 200m from the town center and church square. Roz Avel has been completely renovated to accommodate 12 people, with at least 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room turned on the sea, and extended by a terrace of 25m2 with a view on sea at 180 °.
The house is arranged over 3 floors with at least 6 bedrooms (+ a dormitory of 4 places can be made available) which 3 have double bed and separate balcony with sea view. 2 bedrooms also have water or sink room independent. 3 other bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds. Each floor has a bathroom and a toilet.

Belle vue de 3 chambres et de la terrasse. Petit jardin agréable. Plage du Keleen toute proche. Maison bien équipée, parfaite pour des vacances décontractées en famille.

Très belle maison avec magnifique vue mer i
Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans votre grande maison de famille vraiment très agréable avec vue magnifique sur la mer qui nous a fait oublier le mauvais temps de cette semaine de Noël. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le " cocooning" de la maison et son emplacement qui permet de tout faire à pied. Toute notre famille garde un super souvenir de ce séjour.

Une vraie maison de famille face à la mer.
On se sent tellement bien dans cette magnifique et grande demeure familiale. Au delà du confort, de la vue imprenable sur la plage et la mer, du jardin clos plein de petites cachettes pour les enfants, de l'espace où chacun trouve sa place, c'est l'âme généreuse des propriétaires qui nous enveloppe. Merci à eux et merci à Aymeric pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. La grande famille que nous sommes n'oubliera pas ce trop court séjour à Roz Avel : chacun le gardera dans sa "boite à souvenirs", et pourquoi pas, y reviendra un jour.
