A perfect place for an unforgettable holiday, with its jacuzzi and its superb private garden. The deposit is not cashed (credit card print).

- Summer 2025 : arrival/departure on Saturdays
- The deposit of 700 euros is not cashed. Our secure deposit system (Swikly) makes an imprint of your bank card.
- Your Property Manager Fanny will be at your disposal during your stay.
- Tourist tax is payable on site by cheque or cash (except for airbnb/booking).
- A twin house for 8 people is also available for rent.
- Bed linen and towels are not included in your booking (optional).
- Cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of their stay. A compulsory ‘intermediate cleaning’ package is invoiced at 50 Euros at the time of booking and covers disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. For those who don't want to think about cleaning before they leave, we also offer an optional ‘full cleaning’ package at 80 euros.
Pets are allowed on request at a cost of €25 per stay. The garden is enclosed.

Lovely house in an excellent location

Modern house close to a lovely village in a great location. House was well fitted out and within walking distance of a lovely village and coast. Well located with many attractions close enough to drive to. As a modern house it lacks a little privacy and the open plan living won’t be for everyone however we were wonderfully looked after by Fanny the house manager who couldn’t have been more helpful.

Modernes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist ganz neu mit schöner Einrichtung. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen und besonders die Spielgeräte fanden wir hervorragend. Die Tischtennisplatte und die Pétanque Bahn am Haus haben wir fleißig genutzt. Der nächste Strand ist nur ca. 10 Fußminuten entfernt und die Stadt mit den übrigen wunderschönen Stränden erreicht man schnell per Fahrrad. Besonders toll fanden wir auch das Management des Hauses. Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten aus der Region begrüßt und die Haus-Managerin Fanny war stets erreichbar und ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub verbracht und können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
